Precision rigging · Structural cores

The load path, held to the number.

RigCore Technologies builds the rigging hardware, structural cores, and proof records for lifts, stages, and industrial frames. Every connection is sized to the load case, then tested until the drawing and the metal agree.

What we do

Three parts of a load path we will sign.

We take work where a guessed fitting becomes a bent member. Hardware, core, and record are designed as one assembly.

01

Precision rigging

Blocks, frames, pins, and end connections cut for the actual pick. Line angles, shock, and the real capacity decide the piece, not a catalog row that almost fits.

02

Structural cores

The central assembly that takes compression, tension, and torsion together and keeps the geometry from walking while the structure is working.

03

Proof instrumentation

Load cells, a witnessed pull, and a record that stays with the assembly. The margin on the sheet is the margin on the floor.

Engineering

Bring the load case.

Send the geometry, the pick points, and the number that has to hold. Engineering answers with a core, a margin, and a test plan.
